Establishment of Al Arabi Company :

Al-Arabi Company was founded in 1964 by three brothers: Muhammad, Mahmoud, and Abdul Majeed Al-Arabi. They started with a small store in the Moski neighborhood in Cairo, and each of them contributed his experiences and abilities to the development of the company. Mohammed instilled a spirit of loyalty among employees and focused on following up on daily work, while Mahmoud set goals and planned business development. As for Abdul Majeed, he worked on developing the necessary administrative and organizational systems.

Thanks to their joint efforts, the company succeeded in growing and expanding to become one of the largest companies in Egypt. Their efforts have been appreciated at the local and international levels, as they were awarded the Order of the Rising Sun from Japan in 2009 in recognition of their prominent role in developing trade relations between Egypt and Japan over decades.

The superiority of Al Arabi Groups :

Thanks to the technological superiority of Elaraby Group products and strict adherence to international quality standards, Elaraby products are able to reach more than 22 countries in foreign markets. This is done through the Arab Trade Agreements and the COMESA Agreement, which are two important agreements that grant advantages and trade facilities to Egyptian companies to export to Arab and African markets. In 2010, the export sales value reached about 28 million US dollars. In order to develop its exports and continue the flow of its products to foreign markets, the group relied on a number of companies with experience in the field of marketing home appliances to be its authorized distributors. There is a plan to increase the network of authorized distributors abroad by expanding into most other Arab and African countries, such as Iraq, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Armenia, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Yemen, Sudan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, Guinea, Kenya, Uganda, Algeria, Ethiopia and Djibouti.
