Founding football :

In 1863, a meeting of twelve delegates from English clubs and associations was held in Paris to discuss the development of the laws of the game of football and the creation of the game's first official association. Before the founding of FIFA, there were hundreds of schools and clubs that played football under different rules, some of which allowed playing with the hands and shoulders and some of which prohibited it. However, it was agreed to define the principles of the game and establish a unified law for it by the new federation. In the following years, the Welsh, Scottish and Irish associations were established. In 1882, the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) was founded by the four federations together, which regulates the laws of football around the world.

The beginning of football fame :

At the end of the nineteenth century, football spread around the world thanks to British sailors, merchants, and various European travelers. It has spread from Australia to Brazil and from Hungary to Russia. Associations, clubs and competitions were established, and this comprehensive growth led to the formation of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) in Paris on 21 May 1904. With the end of the previous association formed by France and six European countries, football became a global game. The French name is still used today outside French-speaking countries. Robert Guerin was the first president of the French Federation.
